We will start by discussing your health concerns and any relevant medical history. Then, I will perform a physical examination through testing the movement and feeling for areas of stiffness, physical tension and pain. Following that, I will treat the affected areas manually by releasing the strain using gentle techniques.
The special quality of osteopathy is that it treats the health concern holistically by addressing the cause of the issue by gathering all the relevant elements which aims to give long term relief.
Follow up Treatment

Depending on your individual needs, you may require several treatments. We try to keep the number of treatments to a minimum. We provide advice on how to maintain the benefits of treatment at home.
Mother and Baby

We offer consultations where the mother and baby can be seen together in the same consultation. This depends on individual needs. It is not always possible to see mother and baby at same time. Because the baby may initially require the whole session.
